I liked Harris' energy. I thought his jokes relied too much on double-entendre and won't-quite-say-it references to his being gay, which was a little cutesy for my taste. I agree that the closing song was great, though, and I owe Mark Evanier a thank you for posting it - I turned off the TV as soon as they announced the final winner.
