Joining the chorus
Like others who have posted, I'm home safe and happy. This year's OVFF was one of the best ever. Circles, socializing, performing, everything was . . . hell, it's late, and I don't have enough superlatives on hand.

One thing for sure, I'm staying over for the dead dog every year from now on. Going around the circle in my head, and apologizing in advance to those I miss, thank you Mary, Ed, Mary Ellen, Ben D., Brooke, Ben N., Seanan, Sooj, Tony, Vixy, Debbie, Merav, Elliot, Phil, Dave, and Heather for an incredible evening.

Mark it was terrific seeing you and hearing you sing! Nobody does Railroad Bill as well as you - thanks! :-D And I just wish I did live close enough to do the "TV party."

I sure hope we can make OVFF more of an annual event again sometime soon.

Hi Mark,

Remember our hall conversation about the sneaking up on someone music? Here is the post where my friend had tracked down some info about it.

In other news, it was delightful to get to see and hear you. :-) I love your Sunday night performance of the writer versus character song! What is the name of it?

*grins* I just read MEW's comment. That answers my question.

Oops, forgot to answer your question. Since MEW did, I'll expand on it. "Railroad Bill" is by Andy Breckman, and is available on his album Don't Get Killed.

Interesting trivia: Andy Breckman also created the TV series "Monk", and wrote the instrumental theme that was used in the first season or two.
