Hoping to be wrong In October, talking with friends, I said that I believed there was a non-zero chance that the Bush administration would take military action against Iran before January, ir the Democrats won the House. Obviously, that didn't happen. But what I forgot to take into account is that the Bush White House considers Congress irrelevant anyway.
